These terms and conditions apply to customer’s use of the Zest Salad Bar [Rossi Cafe Limited] website and the services provided by Zest Salad Bar [Rossi Cafe Limited]. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. Zest Salad Bar [Rossi Cafe Limited] may revise these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time. When placing an order, customer agrees to the terms and conditions set below.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not place an order via the internet or over the phone. All orders are subject to these conditions.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
a. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
b. you are at least 18 years old
c. you agree to all terms and conditions
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details are valid and when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment was made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on our website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when placing your order. Please check that all details accurately reflect your requirements. Should there be any discrepancies, please call us on 020 8508 8006.
The minimum order value for delivery is £30 and delivery is Free. Our normal delivery hours are between 9:00am – 12:00pm.
If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of these hours, please call us on 020 8508 8006.
Our normal restaurant opening hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
We aim to deliver within 60 minutes from receipt of your order. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors, such as weather and traffic conditions, may occasionally delay your delivery, in these circumstances we will do our very best to keep you updated.
Please use our postcode search feature to establish if you are within our catchment area, if your postcode is within an area outside our delivery zone, you can still contact us to find out if we can arrange a delivery or you can collect from our premises.
*You must provide a full address with a valid postcode and contact telephone number with your order. If you provide incorrect address details we will be unable to deliver within the promised time scale or we will have to cancel your order. You must agree not to withhold payment in circumstances where you were unable to provide a correct address or contact details.
Payment for orders can be made to the driver upon delivery, or in- store if collecting, by debit/credit card or in cash. Additionally, you can pay using your debit/credit card online with PayPal, the safe and easy way to pay online. *Cheques are not accepted.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of Zest Salad Bar needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 5 working days.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the confirmation screen.

Once your order has been placed, we start working on your order straight away, therefore, should you wish to cancel your order, please call within 5 minutes of placing the original order to receive a full refund. Please call us on 020 8508 8006 when requesting a cancellation rather than sending an email to ensure cancellation of your order. As per the Distance Selling Regulation (Regulation 13) your order is perishable and a cooling off period for cancellation unfortunately does not apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend your order if we are unable to establish contact with you by phone or email after you have placed an order. In some circumstances where large orders are placed, we may require a deposit to be paid in advance before confirming your order. Total price of your order will be displayed to you clearly before your online or over the phone order is completed.
If you have made a request for an item to be customised in any way (other than on the menu as advertised) you do not have any right to cancel this item in your order once it has been placed.
*If you fail to take delivery of the order when the driver arrives at the required destination you shall not receive a refund for your order.
If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service from Zest Salad Bar – we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the food was not provided as to be reasonably expected. Please contact us – either by emailing us via the contact us page of the website or by telephoning us on 020 8508 8006.
To place orders customers are not required to register on the website, however customers can choose to register during the order process. In case of an accepted registration, a customer profile will be created, we reserve the right to terminate customer’s account in its sole discretion.
By registering with us you agree that the details provided by you are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided on registration by updating your personal details directly by logging in to your account or contacting us.
When registering, you will create a password combined with your email address which, please keep these in a safe place as you will be responsible for all activities and orders made under your password and username.
Allergens & Food
We strongly recommend that you do not place an order if you have any allergies before contacting us. If you do have allergies and still wish to use the services without contacting us then you do so at your own risk and we shall not be liable in respect of the allergenic content. Please call us using the contact details above if you require further information and advice on the allergenic content of the foods.
Alternatively, please inform us using comments box at the checkout page if you suffer from any allergy or intolerance. It is your responsibility to provide this information.
Please note that some of our dishes contain or may come in contact with common allergens including dairy, peanuts, wheat, tree nuts, soy, fish & shellfish.
Although reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee that all bones from meat products in the foods have been removed and some may remain.
We make no guarantee and give no warranty with respect to any health or dietary benefits of the foods we sell.
Our foods are freshly prepared and although we try our hardest to be consistent at times the size of the bases can slightly vary.
In some cases there will be slight differences between the photos displayed and the dishes delivered to you. If you are unsure of the ingredients / content /packaging then please call and discuss this with our staff before ordering. All photographs are serving suggestion or simply represent generic raw ingredients.
